· Led engineering team to develop designs, obtain owner buy-in, and prepare bid packages. Oversaw subcontract/procurement processes including preparation, negotiation, award, and contract management. Led project controls to track contractors, and keep activities coordinated and on schedule.
· Led development of the concrete and constituent production and testing program, overhaul of procedures and specifications, and upgrades to batch plant facilities.
· Managed Construction Testing and Inspection subcontractors ($25+ million contract value).
